We're now seeing greater balance since the overheated market of spring 2017, but prices are still quite healthy. Freehold properties were down just 0.4% in April, and condos up 1.1%, from the prior month, March 2018. April also saw growth in inventory and the number of sales. There are some good deals out there and it's a good time to buy.
