Great news in Burlington!  The overall average sale price is up 6.0% over April with 10.8% more residential properties sold than in April!  Even more impressive is that the average sale price of condo properties in Burlington was up 7.5% over April and 8.7% over May 2017! We're now seeing greater balance since the overheated market of spring 2017, but prices are still quite healthy.  Freehold properties were down just 0.4% in April, and condos up 1.1%, from the prior month, March 2018.  April also saw growth in inventory and the number of sales.  There are some good deals out there and it's a good time to buy.
